About the project.
PERovskIte Coherent Light Sources (PERICLeS)
PERICLeS' target is to develop a solution processed electrically pumped laser taking advantage of the exceptional optical and electronic properties of hybrid perovskite semiconductors.
To reach this goal we will combine the synthesis of new hybrid perovskites with excellent luminescence yields and charge transport properties, their advanced photophysical characterization and the fabrication of low-threshold lasers, high-efficiency light emitting diodes and transistors.
